How does credit billing work?
Every plan includes a credit balance in euros — 1 € of plan equals 1 € of credits. Credits cover the template license, compute, database, storage, LLM tokens, messaging and document parsing at cost, with no Stackbone markup on inference.What happens when I run out of credits?
Your agents pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan to top up your balance immediately. There is no overage — you never get a surprise bill.Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Credits reset every billing cycle. Pick a plan that matches your average monthly spend so you do not pay for capacity you cannot use.Is the Playground free?
No. Playground runs use the same provisioned resources as production — compute, database, LLM tokens — and draw from your credit balance the same way.Does Stackbone mark up LLM tokens?
No. We pass LLM tokens through OpenRouter at cost. Every euro you spend on inference is metered at the model provider rate, not ours.How does the 14-day guarantee work?
Cancel within 14 days of subscribing or upgrading and we refund automatically. No tickets, no negotiation.Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you keep the credits you already paid for.Why does the Free plan include only €1 of credits?
Enough to run an agent end-to-end without a card so you can validate the platform on a real workload. You can keep up to two Free organizations per user.
